“Breakfast and serving staff was very good.”

“프로트 작원이 매우 친절했어요. 볼로냐로 가야했고 짐미 많아 택시를 타야했는데 프론트 직원이 적당한 가격의 택시를 불러주어서 편하게 왔어요”

“All staffs were nice! Also their restaurant was excellent. The location is the best. Only water pressure 😢”

The breakfast was also of at least above-average quality, offering a satisfactory selection that met expectations. While not extraordinary, it was certainly enjoyable and a good way to start the day. The room was clean, but the furnishings are quite old. I did not like the dated blanket and bed spread that are brown/tan and unlikely to be frequently...

“A lovely small hotel in a renovated townhouse. Perfectly located in the very heart of Ravenna. Exceptionally warm, welcoming staff.”

“Great location for visiting heritage sites and shopping and eating options”

“Overcharged for breakfast and add ons...16 euros each for pastry and coffee breakfast, 8 euros each for water, 29 euros for 1/2 litre of wine, booked and paid thru Expedia and at checkout demanded another 125 Euros difference. Apparently could not understand even when I used Google translate. Contacted Expedia after to try and resolve problem, hotel said they had given me a complimentary "upgrade" and had neglected to take it off my bill and could not refund to the card I paid with but would...
