Room spotless with great view. Staff the absolute best. Perfect visit with artist friends who we’re so inspired by the beauty . Good food but needs a little more attention. We return every year one of our favorite hotels in the most beautiful spot . Thank you !

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Everything about this castle was impressive. Our room was roomy and very clean with numerous amenities. Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry ...

The dinner option was expensive. They forgot one of our courses and charged us for a full meal even though I did not have dessert. They seemed a little testy when we inquired about the missed course. Excellent food quality and nice wine selection.
