Very good hotel, with great swimming pools and common areas. The beach lounge is very pleasant. The staff is very attentive. As suggestions I'd say that the quality of the beds in the standard room could be better (very small) and some adjustments to the buffet could bring more quality to the service, such as increasing the variety of salad options and the meat served at the grill station (I never managed to receive medium-rare meat, despite making it clear how I preferred)

Paridisiacal hotel over the ocean, fantastic gardens full of palm trees with clesr water pools. The room was clean and quiet, nice staff. Lots of activities for kids and live music every night. Would surely repeat!

Title: Great Stay with Room for Improvement I recently had a great time at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. The staff was exceptional, offering friendly and attentive service throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist and made me feel welcome. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I enjoyed every meal, and the dining experience was top-notch. The culinary team truly knows their craft. The hotel itself is set in a beautiful location, providing stunning views and a serene atmosphere. It's an ideal place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway. However, there were a few aspects that I believe the hotel could improve upon. Firstly, it was disappointing to find out that the coffee during lunch was not covered by the meal. It would have been nice to have this information mentioned beforehand. Another issue I encountered was with the pool towels. It was incredibly difficult to obtain them, which was inconvenient. Streamlining the process for guests to access pool towels would greatly enhance the overall experience. Lastly, I experienced some unexpected charges on my room bill. Despite not consuming certain items, I was still billed for them. I recommend the hotel to review their charging system to ensure accuracy and fairness. In conclusion, despite these shortcomings, I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff, food, and beautiful location made for a memorable stay.

Hotel lindo, com área grande arborizada. Ótimas piscinas, lazer para adultos, com shows no Deck de frente para a praia de dia e programação a noite também, com show e jogo de futebol/filme passando no cinema - muito legal. Quarto bom, comida muito boa - restaurante não repõe muito as coisas e começa a recolher até antes do horário (único defeito). Tem um Spa delicioso com piscina aquecida e hidro. A praia da frente não é muito boa para banho, mas a uma curta caminhada para esquerda, para o pontal do Cupê, já tem uma ótima praia cheia de peixinhos! Necessita transporte para o centrinho de Porto de galinhas.

Péssimo atendimento de check-in

Hotel com ótimas instalações, pé na areia, com varias piscinas e comida excelente, principalmente o jantar. Mas peca no atendimento de check-in e check-out, com funcionários despreparados e seus superiores grosseiros.Fiz minha reserva com 2 camas Queen (paguei mais caro) e na hora do check-in me disponibilizaram o quarto com apenas 1 cama de casal. A gerente foi grosseira e depois de muita discussão, colocaram 1 cama extra de solteiro, ou seja, tive um DOWNGRADE. Outro ponto negativo foram as toalhas, de banho e piscina, BEM DESGASTADAS, parecendo pano. Se melhorar esses defeitos citados, o resort ficará excelente.
