“Housekeeping does an excellent job because our room and bathroom were very clean. The beds were pretty comfy. Front desk staff could be more welcoming and friendly, but the rest of the staff was very nice and helpful, especially the bartenders. Happy hour from 5 to 7 was a great incentive! It is our understanding that this Drury Plaza is newer so I hope they work to preserve the integrity and cleanliness of this hotel bc it services a large volume of guests. ”

“We stayed for a week and had an overall pleasant stay. The staff was great, and the hotel itself was super clean. My only complaint was the parking/construction nearby, and the scented sheets and towels. For those with sensitive skin, the hotel uses a cheaper detergent (from I can tell) and it left us feeling pretty uncomfortable during a longterm stay. “My second stay within 2 weeks. Still no regular roast coffee (brought my own this time), floor in the room still sticky, this time the TV lost connection in the evening and never came back on through the morning. As always, the staff are very nice, pleasant and helpful. It’s a great location with so many places to dine and shop. The area surrounding the hotel is well groomed and I always feel safe there. The price is very reasonable. I will book again here. ”
