"The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. "The property was clean and the community was quiet and had a beautiful view. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal. We had challenges getting the TV to work, it appears the remote needed new batteries. My biggest complaint is the requirements for guests to strip beds, load and run the dishwasher and take the garbage to the dumpster before checking out at the ridiculously early time of 10am. "Cabins have been updated cosmetically and were clean, but the property is dilapidated. Holes in the screen door, patio gate was off the hinges, front door didn’t feel secure. The bed and pillows are terrible. After hiking all day I looked forward to a relaxing night sleep, but that was not the case."
