“friendly staffs, beautiful garden and easy access to pool/beach. didn't informed shared living room and balcony before reservation and even when checked in. embarassed to encounter other guests in MY living room. Hotels.com and Hillton shouldn't sell this kind of room type without proper information.”

“I booked online but nobody was expecting me. I had to shout and nock the door heavily until someone finally came to open. The guy did not expect me obviously - he showed me the room and told me a two times higher price than the one mentioned in the booking. The room was clean, but no bed sheet for the blanket. bathroom had no toiletpaper or soap and the toilet was leaking. Still a okayish deal, if you consider the size of the rooms (there is a kitchen, too) and the price. Surroundings are...

“They refused to acknowledge my booking via hotels.com for $25 per night. I had no choice but I pay €28 to them for the night instead. That guy even told me that I had to stay for 2 nights. I said “No way”. There was no towels or shampoo. The place smells like sewage at times due to the heat and humidity. Checked out at 11 pm for the airport. Located in a deserted place with no real restaurants or shops. I wouldn’t recommend this place even it’s $10 a night. ”
