“처음 오픈 했을때부터 제가 매년 이용하던 호텔입니다. 항상 대부분의 관리가 잘되고 깨끗한점이 돋보이나, 최근 무인호텔로 전환 된 이후 서비스 요청에 불편이 생겼습니다. 하지만 여전히 좋은 위치와 넓은 공간이 장점 입니다. 하지만 서비스 팀과 주방용품은 보충이 되어야 합니다.”

“The hotel itself was lovely, all the ataff were healpful and friendly. Our room was gorgeous, spacious with plenty of room to put away clothes - which never happens these days! The bed was so comfy. One tiny thing is that the room was quite dim - even with all the lights on, but honestly, that could be my age!! Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and they catered very well for my partner who is a celiac. We will definitely be back.”

“정말 아름다운 호텔이었습니다. 라운지,루프탑, 식당, 미팅룸, 객실의 인테리어가 굉장히 감각적이고 우아합니다. 직원들도 아주 친절하여 머무는 동안 편안했습니다. 다만 두개의 객실건물중 하나는 엘레베이터가없어서, 무거운 캐리어를 갖고 오르락내리락하는게 힘들었습니다. 하지만 전체적으로 호텔의 디자인과 서비스에 충분히 만족하고있습니다. 호텔덕분에 앤트워프의 여행이 너무 즐거웠습니다.”
