I can see challenges of maintenance and repairing can be a very long project as it's an island. Cleaness can be definitely improved, resort has so much potential. Food / staffs / location are perfect 👌 beautiful beach front. Loved wild animals, insects around the resort. Family left with amazing holiday memories.. thank you !

Was renovated last year. Enjoyed our room and the ocean, including the wonderful pool when the weather was hot. Easy access to eateries by the beach and other hotels. Also enjoyed the live band performing in three different resorts/establishments.

The restaurant staff Rizam was very helpful to ask the chef to prep a vegetarian lunch for me when there is none on the menu. There were daily power outage especially in the evening and the toilet flushing water pressure is low which can be frustrating.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and would definitely love to come back again. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the room was very clean and well maintained. While all of the restaurants served delicious food, I felt the menu options were somewhat limited. However, this was not a concern for us, as there are plenty of other restaurants nearby. For guests booking from outside Malaysia, I would recommend communicating directly with the hotel via WhatsApp, as it makes arrangements and confirmations much easier.

The room was clean, newly renovated with state-of-the-art designs and appliances. Very comfortable and spacious rooms, nice balcony, perfect for anyone with a family. The beach was quiet unlike the other resorts waterfront, so it was nice to have a swim with just yourself or family without the other noises coming from karaoke bars or fireworks (we came during a festive celebration). The food isn’t that great but you can walk to other restaurants along the beach to find something that you’d like. The beach is accessible for us to get around, boats can come pick us up for snorkeling, seeing the turtles, visit the Redang village, etc. The staffs here at Peridot are super nice and helpful, we also had a great chat with the hotel manager and he took care of our family very well. From the time we arrived at the Laguna jetty, there was already a buggy service waiting for us, and they also arranged buggy service before our boat departure from the island. Highly recommend this resort.

El sitio es, simplemente, el paraíso. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y bonitas, aunque en algunas (no en todas) el mantenimiento (moho) y la limpieza serían bastante mejorables. El personal es muy amable, pero algunos de ellos con problemas de comunicación en inglés, lo cual a veces es complicado.

Beau cadre, bel hotel, belle plage, belle chambre, mais gros problème de wifi et d’électricité ça saute plusieurs fois dans la journée et soirée, fourmis dans les chambres, impossible de laisser de la nourriture dans la chambre car très vite infesté de fourmis. à part le petit déjeuner car il y’a du choix et impossible de rater un petit déjeuner, la nourriture n’est pas bonnes du déjeuner et diner.
