"Everything was excellent except some sticky substance on the floor when we entered the room. Shoes kind of stuck to the floor… could even feel something on the floor with bare feet. Other than that, the room was beautiful and clean"

"The rooms were clean, we spent two (2) nights, our room wasn't cleaned. I don't know if you have to ask for cleaning. Everything has changed since COVID. No parking available but underground had lots of room. I didn't see security, there were a lot of cars double parked. Overall, it was okay, really no complaints, it was just average. They did have breakfast, which I failed to see when I made the reservations. They embarrassed my husband when they asked him to leave but they never mentioned to him that he could purchase tickets at the restaurant."

"I take responsibility for not looking closer when I booked the room, but I was disappointed that the "whirlpool" tub was not jetted. I was really looking forward to a jetted tub, and not a big ol' bathtub. That is the reason for my rating. It was a lovely large suite, but nothing really special. Had I realized it suite was just going to be meh, I would have just opted for a cheaper room. All in all, it did the trick for our one night stay. Staff were supper friendly and helpful (top stars for that)."

"VERY POORLY MAINTAINED AND SERVICED BY STAFF... missing bath towels / wash cloths, tissue, cutlery, plates, glasses, kitchen towels, kitchen cleaning supplies, night stand, etc... - no TV listing guide in unit... once requested, we received a copy... useless - TV not set up properly... had to reprogram and update the TV software in order to use - Areas of unit dirty... table top, refrigerator, etc - dangerous mess of wires behind microwave... had to choose which appliances to use and plug them in accordingly - ice bucket filthy / no liner - clock radio hidden in the one only night stand / not plugged in - poor breakfast time - 5:30 to 8:30 on a Sunday! - dirty towel behind bathroom door - phone hanging loosely on the wall by the bed above the missing nightstand - desk clerk N/A when booking in, another guest said he was NEVER at the desk - phoned to get service from desk clerk... apparently he was cleaning a room somewhere - phoned a few times to get help resolving issues / missing items... made to feel like we were inconveniencing the desk clerk - morning desk clerk was more "interested" and did note and pass along our concerns, but was very clear she was only there for Breakfast and could not assist further. - Note: reasonably prompt response from manager and we were assured the issues would be resolved and invited us back. Very disappointing experience... we've been in worse hotels, but this was clearly the worst staff effort / standards that we've ever encountered."
