Top Reef Bay Quarter Hotel Reviews

Bluebeard's Castle Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Staff was friendly and food was great!"

The Westin St. John Resort Villas
10/10 Excellent
"Location was amazing. Close to town and easy access to other parts of the island. Pool area was great. Restaurants on site were ok. Slow service, ok food and lots of bug bites at dinner. Parking areas were also sometimes full so that was an adventure. 2 bedroom condo was a perfect size for a family of 4 with 2 teens. "

Hampton by Hilton St. Thomas

"Room cleaning should be every day"

Margaritaville Vacation Club - St. Thomas
8/10 Good
"Margaritaville is located in a great spot right next to Coki Beach, which just one of the best snorkeling areas on the island. I loved the property and our room was nice. There pools were great. The seaweed did not bother us at all. I was disappointed to learn that there was no hot tub anymore and I was expecting very warm weather our entire trip, but there were cooler days that would have been a great time for a hot tub. The worst part about our stay was that the staff specifically at the restaurant and one of the bartenders were very unfriendly and acted like it was a nuisance when we asked for anything. They would talk back, roll their eyes, and had lore with ethic. This wasn’t just at the Margaritaville, but we noticed this throughout the island that the customer service was very subpar. The people who worked at the guest services and tourist excursions at the Margaritaville were amazing, however! Over all that we had an amazing vacation and a memorable time with our family! "

The Westin St. Thomas Beach Resort & Spa
8/10 Good
"Clean room. Swim up bar and infinity pool. Good drinks. Food was just okay. "

Bunker Hill Hotel
8/10 Good
"This place is a budget hotel near the downtown and airport. If you want to be near the beach pick one of the many resort hotels. When they say they have parking it is street parking but there was usually a spot not too far from the hotel. Street is very crowded so if you drive make sure you’re comfortable on small streets and parallel parking etc. The breakfast was either pancakes bacon or sausage or eggs your way toast and sausage or bacon. My kids were 3 am 5 and enjoyed The very small pool. I wished o has picked a more resort hotel for our trip but this place was good enough and staff were friendly too. "

Galleon House Hotel
6/10 Okay
"It’s was an okay stay. The air worked just fine when there was power being that they run off solar panels, the parking was a little struggle one being on a hill and also other business parking in the same area. Again it was not horrible the location was perfect just too man steps just to get to your room and the parking. "

Emerald Beach Resort
8/10 Good
"Pros: Beautiful beach on property, sunset views, 12 min walk to/fro airport. Clean room, helpful desk staff, taxi pick up on property. Little cafe on grounds to grab a coffee and express breakfast. Restaurant and bar overlooking the beach is nice Cons: Need to taxi everywhere (and that added up - CASH ONLY). Most food in the area is overpriced and very average (including hotel food). There didn't seem to be any place nearby with a more animated nighttime vibe. We learned that more of the "action" is on the other side of the island (ie Red Hook area) . So if you are looking for a nicer night time vibe this place may not be for you. Since we are early birds we were happy enough with quiet evenings, grabbing a drink at the beach bar, and walking right to our room after. "
