Accommodation was spotless, rooms surround pool and gardens which are very pretty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We went on a snorkeling trip with their dive company and it was absolutely fantastic. Would definitely stay here again."
"With a bit of TLC this hotel could be incredible. It has so much potential. The room was clean but lots of little details needed to be attended to: dusting behind/under the bed, making sure windows latch properly, leaving had towels and face cloths without having the guest ask, scrubbing the hotel sign, straightening out sun loungers etc rather than having them in random places, turned over etc. Having a hotel information book in each room would certainly help matters. "Schöne Anlage im balinesischen Stil, direkt am Meer gelegen. Die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten war unübertrefflich. Am meisten mochte ich, dass es ein "day bed" auf der Terrasse und eines im Zimmer gab, so konnte man beim Ein dunkeln den Moskitos entkommen und trotzdem gemütlich entspannen. "What can I say this is my second stay here and each time the place is amazing from the villa to pool to the surrounding area just amazing and well thought out. The Euro Restaurant was ok but the Indonesian Restauant overlooking sunset was out of this world. Service was excellent. Reception was interesting asking for same docs again even though were repeat guests and have already given our documents weird. Welcome drink needs an upgrade lol"
"Beautiful property! We stayed inland in the courtyard with the pool and used the safari shuttle to get around to the beach and the restaurants.
Everything was always well kept, staff was super nice and food was also delicious at both restaurants!
