“Honestly I wouldn’t stay here again…. Yes the girl who works the mid-day shift was great, but that’s not enough. Like using the remote shouldn’t be hard but it wasn’t functioning the way I expected with the buttons I pushed. Annoying. Also whoever designed it seems confused and did not design anything with a logical mind. None of the rooms are the same, there’s no...

“A very handsome hotel with a diligent staff and a bountiful breakfast. While the room was somewhat spartan and the bath a tad difficult for a less than agile body, the city views were welcome and the bed restful.”

“The room was clean and quiet. We felt relax and recharged. No bad points. Efficient and pleasant. Highly recommend!”

“Housekeeping left the window open, and the room was full of mosquitoes — I got more than 10 bites and couldn’t sleep at all. I ended up spending the night in the lobby. Room 101 felt like a monkey cage since it can easily be seen from outside, offering no privacy. No one took responsibility, and the response from the staff was slow and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience.”
