The first room they assigned us had not been cleaned. We erected assigned another room. We had four guests. We were only given 2 towels. They could only give us hand towels for the others to dry with. We didn’t have soap in the shower. The front desk said they did not have anything yo give us. We bathed with shampoo. This was a terrible experience.
