Staff was VERY VERY friendly. Location was perfectly convenient. Rooms were outdated and dirty. Neighboring guests were very loud the entire night. We didn’t have any running water in the last morning.

EXCELLENT STAY

I loved my stay. And some of the staff members were ever so friendly. And I hope I get the chance to stay in their hotel again. They may not have a continental breakfast, but the service there was excellent. Hopefully, people can just enjoy the little things they can offer big or small.

This is a cute place with character, and excellent service. It is somewhat Anchorage ghetto, so dont expect stars. I feel safe and welcome here.

Only there for a few hours sleep between flights but people yelling through the night, police arrived in early morning. Not a clean or presentable place. Staff nice enough but bad decision to book a room at this place.

This place is rough. It is old, smells like smoke, and is right off of a busy Anchorage road. The bed is noisy and cheap, there's no elevator, the windows let a lot of noise in. I wouldn't recommend it. On the positive side, the owners let us leave our luggage with them throughout the day after we checked out since we had a red-eye flight that night. I was grateful for that service.

The building is dilapidated and extremely dirty. The rooms are outdated and dirty. The bedding and towels were clean, but the bath had a massive crack and the taps were loose. Water was dripping all night long. No card key and np personal room key

The place looks shabby. The rooms look shabby. Bathroom was clean… room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The hallways are dark and dingy. Just needs a paint job. The outside needs a paint job. Place needs new blinds … the ones there just look shabby. I was comfortable but concerned about security tho it my have been unwarranted.

My room was very tired and worn. The razor wire atop the chain link fence was not reassuring of a safe place to sleep nor were the three adult men sleeping in the sofas in the lobby. If it’s all you can afford you’ll be ok. If you can afford a little more it might be worth it to pay more. In spite of conditions most of the room felt clean. Take soap and sanitizer if you plan to touch the windows.

Location was excellent. If I were in a self contained camper it would be a fine place to stay.. we were in the hotel. Room was clean, however the refrigerator stopped working, the tub had a continual leak and they may have tried to fix it as evidenced by the wallboard cut out and not reattached to the wall where the fixtures were. bed linens were clean and cute, but the walls looked very scratched and stained. The door was really hard to lock and unlock from the outside. We spoke to management three times during our two day stay to get support for no soap, poor door lock and needing more towels at the start of our stay. Each time the response was “the owners are in transition to updating that”.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Inn was slightly hard to locate as it was set back from the road. We used a GPS system to find it. The median strip on Seward Highway can complicate entry and exit from the property depending on the desired direction of travel.

We needed a place to crash the night after our late night flight and the staff was extremely accommodating after our delayed flight. Checked in around 1 am. The property condition is average and could do with some upgrades. They mentioned they are in the middle of an upgrade and couldn’t provide us keys to our room. However, it was fine. The bathroom tub had scrapes which didn’t make it the most conducive to shower, but I did so anyways! Not my wife though :) If you’re looking for a cheap place to crash overnight, go for it!
