“Palazzo Daniele is an extraordinary place! Old restored palace filled with art and design, super friendly and helpful staff. You encounter beauty at every corner of this place. I have just left and dream to come back there soon. We stayed at the black suite which was super spacious and had an entire roofdeck to our disposal. I was extremely charmed with the palazzo and our suite. It was one of the most magical places I have stayed at in my life. Location is perfect for discovering Salento....

“Very nice hotel and friendly staff located 2 km south of Gallipoli city centre. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Excellent breakfast buffet with personal service (thanks for the coffee every morning Lorenzo). Nice dinner restaurant. Because of the location the choices of restaurants nearby is a little bit limited but you can take a taxi for 5 euro per person in to town. ”

“Lovely hotel, beautiful grounds. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Not many spoke English but we went very early/just out of season so fewer staff and less guests. We had fun using my little knowledge of Italian and google translate. Pool area was very nice but not very large or deep so nice to take a dip to cool off, not great for swimming. Not much shade. Private beach area nice but nothing open and not allowed in the sea as not in season (no life guard), although website said open in...
