Room is spacious but sofa-bed is very squeaky, I could hear kids' every move:)

โWir sind kurzentschlossen beim Raitner Wirt aufgeschlagen und waren positiv von dem toll renovierten lรคndlichen Anwesen รผberrascht. Fรผr uns hat alles wunderbar gepasst... Essen, Zimmer, Auskรผnfte, Service, Rusitkales modernisiertes Ambiente, Lage zu Bergen und Wandermรถglichkeiten. Zimmer mit richtig breiten Holzdielen wie auch im Bad. Toll renovierte Elektrotechnik mit Bussystem und LED-Technik. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Heinrich & Norinaโ
โWe enjoyed our one night stay here. We had a friendly welcome when we arrived, and we really liked the authentic Alpine chalet feel of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room spacious with a balcony. Breakfast was lovely and we could park for free outside. All good! โ
โWe had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible.
Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. We do not use euros and I had to do a quick calculation in my head to notice the difference, which was significant.
The front desk told us they had gotten new IT and he had to call his manager who...
โThis is an amazing property in the valley surrounded by mountains for hiking, running or cycling. The food for the board we purchased was fabulous. This hotel is like a ground bound 4-5 star cruise ship. We loved it and would attend again and just might;0).โ
