"The location was in a small alpine village with stunning views. There were walks from the door and easy access to cable cars for mountain walks and lakes. The hotel was immaculate and inkeeping with local tradition. The service was excellent and staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a breakfast bag on our departure day. There is a restaurant on site which served traditional german food which again was amazing."

"We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible. Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. We do not use euros and I had to do a quick calculation in my head to notice the difference, which was significant. "This is an amazing property in the valley surrounded by mountains for hiking, running or cycling. The food for the board we purchased was fabulous. This hotel is like a ground bound 4-5 star cruise ship. We loved it and would attend again and just might;0)."

"Toured cow pasture trying to find the route up the hill. Take care driving up and down the hill due to blind curves. Worth the effort. View breathtaking out of room window. Cows and cowbells below the room window in evenings."
