“The hallways and room were nice and clean, but room service was missed on the second day due to staff shortage. A complimentary drink at the bar was offered instead. A nice gesture of sympathy. Regrettably, we missed the free breakfast at the hotel. It was included with our booking. The food offers at the bar were limited during the day before 5pm, so we went out for brunch. The staff was not able to provide us with options to do so out of the hotel. Figured it out on our own.”

“글래스고에 왔다가 시내가 비싸서 예약한 곳입니다. 글래스고 시내까지는 버스로 1시간 정도 잡아야 하는데 변두리인 것만 빼고는 가성비는 괜찮습니다.
특히 차가 있다면 주차장도 무료이고 시내까지 2~30분이면 가니깐 괜찮은 선택이 될 수 있습니다. ”

“The food was excellent both at the pub/ restaurant and cafe and the staff were friendly. We have travelled a lot and I’ve never felt so mis-led about a property. The hotel has no access to the lake or the lovely grass yard in front of it. It is almost completely enclosed by a 6ft high fence with “no access” signs all over it that are pretty much what you are looking at. Also, there was no fridge or coffee maker (even tho they roast coffee on site!) in our room and the little store and cafe...
