“I'll start with the positives - Beautiful long tree-lined driveway leading into the property. The rooms were cheap compared to other places we've stayed recently. Big rooms, near-new bathrooms. Some suggestions for the owners - Provide hair dryers, clean the shower a little better, definitely provide lights at the entrance to the property (hard to find the place in the dark), do something about the shower that leaks across the bathroom floor, and defrost the mini fridge more often (our fridge...

“Excellent place. Had hand wash, a kettle, washing detergent, microwave, fridge (freezer was only cold though), air con (untested), tv (untested). Convenient place, only 15 minute walk to Parkrun. Only gripe is that kettle can only be filled from shower as bathroom sink is too small to fit, but shower had adjustable spray.”

“The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the property is very well located. The water was turned off which was communicated to us, but once turned back on the shower was not working. As we didn’t find this out until after closing time we couldn’t get it seen to that night. Otherwise there was no problems with the room”

“Cabin was comfortable and clean. Next to the highway so a bit noisy. Comfortable bed and nice decor. Basin in bathroom very small and plug would not hold the water in. Plenty of hot water and good shower. Convenient location.”

“At this price point I would expect there to be more luxury amenities included in the stay. While we booked via a winter deal at a cheaper price point I would have been disappointed if I paid the full price. There was not a sponge and tea towel, no robes or slippers etc. However, the property was clean, contemporary and comfortable. We were pleased with the large space, views and smart television.”
