They offered a great continental breakfast and staff was very friendly. We traveled with our dog and the room was clean and comfortable. We also had a trailer and there was plenty of space to park.

In a safe area of Reno, no casino and was easy access to freeway. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Hotel was clean, friendly staff and had nice amenities

After the long 5 hour drive to Reno and attempt at staying at another hotel in downtown “ended up being a scam” this was our last hope. The room was clean but the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. Also the heater/ac must be on the outs because we set the room temperature to 70 and it was either to cold or too hot never in between.

One night local getaway

From 10pm to 6am, I can hear unexpected sound from almost every room in the building. Even steps on floors are that clear! So bring your ear plug with you!

Absolutely love the accommodations in my initial interaction with staff. However, when my trip was cut, short employees were not able to or were not willing to help me with a refund that was protected with booking insurance. This was very disappointing to me because the email concerning booking protection said if you need help contact this number and the number was to the hotel that I was staying at and the staff there. could not accommodate me. It was eventually handled by management.

We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. It was very clean; the room was spacious; comfortable bed. However, the breakfast could include a variety of hot food items; but not a big deal.
