"Picked this because reviews said it's a great stay for solo traveler. Was on business there for the next day Monday, already on Sunday. It's in the middle of town, by a church. It's nice to just walk around and I got some food which I took to my hotel room to eat while watching tv. They have a huge amount of channels. Location is walkable from metros and bus stops. I definitely will stay there again if on business for downtown DC. Staff I met (reception and cleaning lady) was very friendly. Makes you feel at home."

"Clean efficient room! Plenty of space to store your stuff and get some rest. Quiet building, good location to stadium. Thomas at the front desk was extremely helpful with getting us all checked in and giving us all the info on the hotel. Thanks!"

"The restaurants are excellent, especially the Vue roof top bar/restaurant... the rooms are updated, clean, and well equipped. Room service was the best I've ever had. Hyper prompt, delivered fast while the food is still hot. I lost my ID and maintenance staff found it almost immediately, which was incredible to say the least.... 10/10 would recommend."

The location is good, the room and bathroom were a little tired - the owners could invest some money on the asset and take care of that front desk staff! They are what make the hotel great."
