Staff is very friendly but they did not fix issues when requested, shower wouldn’t drain, wasn’t repaired for the week we were there. Water not potable but no bottled water provided on arrival. Breakfast ok but don’t waste your money on the dinner - just awful. Nice beach a few steps away.

Très bon accueil. Personnel disponible et très sympatique. Nous avons passé un très très bon séjour et nous reviendront l'année prochaine. Piscine parfaite, service et cuisine excellente, chambre agréable, tranquilité. Hôtel calme et près de la plage. Transport publique facile. Environnement manifique. Un patron très attentif et très présent. Globalement très surpris par cet hôtel. Encore merci pour la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel, c'est très appréciable.

Bra hotell, hyggelig personale. Frokosten var enkel og det er greit men kald varmmat og tørr loff var ikke helt greit, enkel standard på rommet, litt for harde madrasser. Vi valgte 14 dagers ferie og da kunne det vært litt mer komfort, et par gode stoler å sitte i ☺

Var der kun 1 natt. skulle i et bryllup, så for oss var det kun en plass å sove. Ett lite minus var at akkurat den morgenen hadde en leveringsbil hatt et uhell så frokosten var veldig mangelfull.

Etwas ältere Ausstattung. Aber alles vorhanden. Klima,Fernseher,Kühlschrank. Betten bisschen hart. Essen immer gut und für All Inklusive in der Preisklasse, super.

Nice hotel with pool very close to beach

Very pleasant stay, staff very helpful, very clean and adequate. Very close to a really well run and looked after beach - Pavlos beach, run by Mr Pavlos and family who are wonderful.

A very unpleasant stay

The hotel staff were unhelpful and rude, clearly not expecting us and refusing to entertain the fact that we had booked a superior room with SV, so we had to put up with a very small room overlooking the pool next door. Room towels were torn and had holes in them, breakfast was almost non existent so we had to eat out. The only good thing going for the hotel is the location, it is very closw to the beach. Very very diaspointed with this property.

Sehr nah am Strand gelegen-Hotel deoslat

Das Personal ist wenig hlfsbereit, beim Frühstück wurde kein Geschirr abgeräumt, die Tischdecken werden dreckig auf dem Tisch gelassen und die Auswahl ist shr klein, außerdem wird Instant-Kaffee serviert. Die Zimmer sind alt und nicht besonders sauber, die Wände dünn, so dass man die Nachbarn sehr gut hören kann.

Καλό ξενοδοχείο, σε καλή τοποθεσία και κοντά στη θάλασσα. Ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό και αρκετά καθαρά δωματία και κοινόχρηστοι χώροι. Καλό φαγητό και φιλικό περιβάλλον. Ώς αρνητικά, θεωρώ την όχι και τόσο καλή σχέση τιμής/αξίας καθώς και το μέγεθος των δωματίων, το οποία είναι μικρά. Ένα ακόμη αρνητικό είναι η έλλειψη πάρκινγκ. Η κράτηση έγινε σχεδόν δύο μήνες πριν την άφιξη μου. Η πιστωτική μου κάρτα χρεώθηκε την αμέσως επόμενη ημέρα της κράτησης και μάλιστα χωρίς να ερωτηθώ καν! Βέβαια το γεγονός αυτό οφείλεται πιθανότατα στο σαιτ Hotels.com και όχι στη πολιτική του ξενοδοχείου.

Rien pour plaire

La plage n'est certes qu'à 50 mètres, c'est son seul atout. Pour résumer : à éviter par tous les moyens. Premier accueil froid, où l'on vous brandit un formulaire avant de vous dire bonjour, où la chambre avec vue sur mer promise est en fait avec vue... sur un autre hôtel, où la chambre, certes propre, est cependant bruyante, où enfin et pour clôturer le tout, l'hôtelier se révèle être antiphatique au possible. Et je passe sur la qualité du buffet et du petit-déj, plus que limitée. Vraiment, même bradé, ca ne vaut pas le prix.

Creta Residence - Platanias - Rethymnon

Hôtel situé dans une zone recouverte de complexes touristiques "all inclusive" très surfaits. Nous avons bénéficié de tarifs à 1/3 du prix normal qui est particulièrement élevé par rapport aux tarifs pratiqués sur le reste de l'île à prestations égales. Petit-déj buffet de qualité bien moindre que ce que l'on a pu avoir dans les autres hôtels et surtout pas à la hauteur du tarif (biscottes, fruits au sirop, choco-pops). Accueil assez impersonnel
