"Beds were horrendous, they were caved in the middle so you woke up with back pain in the morning. Bathroom in room smelt bad, and there was a dog pee odor all over the up stairs rooms. Ac was broken before we entered residence and took 2 days to fix. The upstairs AC broke again upstairs and we didnt even bother going upstairs. Service was extremely fast to fix and very helpful. Room was large and had everything you needed. Property is beautiful and water park is a perfect size. For the price that was paid I would not recommend staying here, there are better places for cheaper prices."

"Ivan at checkin was wonderful but the house had issues from the start. the entire pool deck wasn't cleaned, goggles floating in hot tub, crushed fruity pebbles, cigar and cigarettes butts on the ground and previous renters left heat on in spa/pool so pool was 103 degrees. Multiple calls to get resolution but nothing. Then pool guy came the next day and skimmed it but had to add chlorine and said we couldn't use it now for 2 hours. wasn't able to enjoy pool at all due to temp, BBQ was broken, fire pits didn't work, hair in shower drain, one of the fridges didn't not cool more than luke warm, arcade room had 4 games, only 1 worked. Saw that house is for sale so seems seller is just trying to make a few bucks on it while it sells. Management was supposed to call me to work out a refund/credit but it's been 2 days since check out and nothing. Do not reccommend at all. "

"Everything about this stay was completely on point. Great family fun and so much to do with the countless amenities included with your stay. Would 1000% make sure I’ll stay there again. "The staff were very courteous and friendly. When we arrived, the air was broken. I called and they came to fix it the same day. The washer would work off and on. I couldn’t wash a full load. I called about that. No one ever came to fix that. I didn’t complain. I just decided to wash all of my clothes when I got back home. The apartment suite was clean, but not the level of clean I am used to. There were stains on the throw pillows. There was an airpod (not ours) under the bed which was an indication they didn’t clean or even look under the bed before we arrived. I would give our stay 6 out of 10. The price was very reasonable. I loved all of the pools that have to offer and Starbucks on site. It’s a good place to stay for the price. "
