"We were hoping for a quieter location, all the building faced community use pools which were loud all day until 11pm. The room had a working Jacuzzi that we enjoyed. The coffee maker had no supplies like filter or sweetener/ creamer, so it was pretty useless. The mini fridge/freezer barely worked. It took 2 days for waters to chill and the ice tray never froze.
Besides those 3 points; we really enjoyed the room and resort. It had a lot of built in shops and restaurants which were convenient. We took advantage of the spa for a couples massage. The grounds were kept very clean. "
"We were able to check in early the lady on the front desk was very kind amd helpful. The hotel was modern and clean, housekeeping were also very helpful.Breakfast was also good, my only dislike was the breakfast employees they definitely don't want to be there or help."
