"This resort is great for children and families not so much for two adult adults, wanting to relax. The food was delicious. The housekeeping staff was absolutely horrible. They never stopped by to clean our room and we were gone for hours during the day and we’d come back to a dirty room with no towels. The walls were paper thin you could hear everything that was going on in the room next to you the doors slamming at all hours during the day and night was absolutely ridiculous. Definitely not going back there and would not recommend it to anyone."

"My daughter and I loved staying at the Mai Hana! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great, and Kobe is next door, and you can get it delivered to your room!! It was quiet, we were on the top floor(4th floor) corner room. It's 2 doors down from Fogo de Chao, across from Icon Park! Less than 2 miles from the Convention Center. We will definitely stay here again!!"

"Just stayed for 1 night with my husband and child. Didn't really expect much considering the price I paid for but the place was decent. Just had some difficulty finding our room when we checked in, the map they gave us was just so confusing. Parking is safe. The hotel is also close to a lot of fun areas around."
