접근성 최고! 분위기 최고!
하이델베르크 성 케이블카 승강장 7층에 위치한 호텔입니다. 저는 시내뷰로 방을 잡았는데 굳이 성곽 뷰 안잡아도 충분히 멋있고 테라스에서 시내의 붉은 지붕들을 한눈에 내려다 볼 수 있습니다. 방도 너무 깨끗하고 아기자기한 맛이 있고 조식도 맛있습니다. 하이델베르크 시내 모든 곳 도보 관광 가능한 위치고요. 중앙역에서 33번 버스 타고 Rathaus 에서 내리시거나 짐이 좀 있으시면 택시타고 오시면 좋을거 같네요. 하이델베르크는 중앙역과 구시가지가 좀 먼 편이라 오히려 여기 잡는게 분위기도 좋고 관광하기도 편한거 같아요~ 전 나중에 다시 오려고요

The location at the base of the castle was superb. It's also next to the he funicular, which was unfortunately under maintenance. Excellent restaurants abound and all hotel staff were superb and spoke English.

Very nice stay. Nice breakfast, in house laundry & a beautiful view of the hills and castle from the terrace. The hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating.

If you are looking for something near the Castle and the Altstadt this is a great option. Friendly staff, nice rooms, great location and parking options.

The terrace is very relaxing with the view of the castle 😊 Breakfast was nice, and the walk around the castle grounds was beautiful.

It was right next to the funicular and super close to the town's main streets. The breakfast could have had more options and more cut up fresh fruit. Otherwise a very pleasant stay!

Can not get closer to castle!
The hotel is perfectly located right under the castle and conveniently close to everything. It is small like real European places. The staff was helpful and kind and the breakfast buffet was well stock, no one leave hungry. Would book again if I ever come back to Heidelberg.

Hotel zit mooi gelegen in de Alt-stad. Alles is op loop afstand bereikbaar. Heel vriendelijk personeel en alles goed georganiseerd. De kamers zouden nog een upgrade kunnen gebruiken.

Booked the 2 bedroom apartment. Was more like 2 separate rooms connected by a hallway. Bathrooms were small. Veranda was actually a common area. Rooms were hot with only a small fan. Based on the photos, I thought I was getting something much nicer. On a good note, the location was tremendous, and the customer service was excellent!

Just down the hill from the castle, the ride up to the castle is just outside the elevator, and just a couple blocks from the main walking area. Nice, comfortable room, very peaceful!

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Schlossweg,zur Altstadt 1min.aber trotzdem sehr leise.Mit dem Aufzug direkt ins Hotel vom Parkhaus,auch sehr angenehm.Alle sehr freundlich.Frühstück auch top,aber leider kein Rührei.

Raucher-/Frühstühstücksbalkon mit Schlossblick Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit Schreibtisch und bequemen Bett(en). Bad war etwas klein in einigen Zimmern aber das hat wenig gestört. Hatte einen Rustikalen Flair :) Was positiv war. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Unforgettable, wonderful stay!
Unforgettable stay at this hotel in Heidelberg. I cannot rave about this place enough! Such a charming, homey room and the breakfast and service was lovely. Every staff member I came into contact with made me feel so welcome and I will always remember them. Room has everything you need and mine had a beautiful view of the city. It’s not fancy but it’s the perfect place if you want to be central to the old town!

Our family had a great stay at the Hotel am Schloss. The 2 queen bedrooms opened onto a private balcony that had an incredible view over all of Heidelberg. It was perfect and we enjoyed wine and cheese on the patio one lovely evening. The room was clean and roomy which was what we were looking for. Although it was dated and needed some maintenance it didn't bother us. The location is perfect for walking everywhere and felt very safe and comfortable. The only disappointing part was the breakfast. We gave a time for breakfast of 9 am the day before and when we came down at 9 there were no tables available. We were told to come back in 15-30 mins and came back at 9:30 and still had to wait. The breakfast area is too small and cannot accommodate all the guests. I am sure this is hard for a hotel to plan but maybe some warning that sometimes there is a wait and then we probably would have taken an earlier time.

Das zentral am Fuße des Heidelberger Schlosses gelegene "Hotel am Schloß" gewinnt im Umfeld der alten Häuser sicher keinen Schönheitswettbewerb, aber die zentrale Lage ist optimal. In dem Gebäudekomplex befindet sich ein Parkhaus und die Station der Bergbahn zum Schloß. Das Hotel auf Ebene 7 bietet - vo allem vond er Dachterrasse - einen tollen Blick auf Schloß, Altstadt und Neckar. Der Betonbau mit den 24 Zimmern ist funktional und unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Das Badezimmer könnte mal eine kleine Renovierung vertragen, war aber in Ordnung. Das Personal am Empfang und zur Frühstückszeit war sehr freundlich, und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbüffet war überschaubar, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels bietet einem die Möglichkeit, die schöne Heidelberger Altstadt z Fuß zu erkunden. Der Linienbus für entferntere Ziele hält direkt vor dem Hotel. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und könenn das Hotel empfehlen.

The hotel rooms were spacious with great views. All was clean and breakfast was delicious. Very nice staff. Best of all is the convenient location to the Old City of Heidelberg.
