I was told about this hotel by friends who use it on their way to Symi. Perfect position to get to the harbour to catch a ferry in the morning. Extensive breakfast and very friendly staff. Will stay again.

Excellent stay

We had a fantastic stay at Best Western Plaza. The rooms were comfortable and of a decent size and the pool was very inviting on a lovely warm Easter Sunday. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of variety. Above all, the staff were very kind and helpful. I asked at reception for a mattress topper and it was brought to the room within 5 minutes of asking. Excellent service :)

Really great simple hotel but very comfortable in the center of the city! The breakfast was the best part! Great value, decent sleep and easy to get around. Staff were super and hot water is fantastic on rainy cold day unlike some of the other hotels we’ve stayed at in Greece!! Definitely will be returning!!

WONDERFUL BREAKFAST

My room was reasonably spacious but the bathroom was rather cramped and the chairs not very comfortable. Both room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is very good - many restaurants nearby and the old town a fairly short walk away. The breakfast was amazing - excellent quality and choice with omlettes cooked to order.
