Great beach view room Very clean and well maintained Restaurant used for breakfast was generally very busy, and food good (juice drinks were unpleasant though). Good location with benefit of the sea breeze to cool the baking temperatures down! Easy to walk to old town and up to acropolis, lots of restaurants close by and lots of small shops for food/drinks etc

Stayed at the Mitsis early April. Hotel is conveniently located, clean, and safe. Do not get a partial sea view room, many of these rooms don’t actually have a partial sea view, you have to look past another balcony. The upgrade to a sea view room is worth it. Much bigger room with beautiful views of the sunset.

Pros: Clean, kind staff members, good location, very good dinner in their parent hotel mitsis la palais. Cons: Low level room equipments such as hair dryer. And the number of elevators is not sufficient. I also recommend to put guardrail on the balcony wall, I found the wall in a low height.

The staff was friendly, very helpful and solution-oriented. They were able to accomodate our room change request for a bigger room after the first night. We had a sea view room which was nice and clean. The location of the hotel was good, close to the Elli Beach and the shopping areas. I should also mention the lady which makes wonderful crepes for the breakfast. . Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Our stay was all in all good. Small things like the balcony which we booked extra was a joke. Bathroom has no windows. The beds are 2 small one's put together. Breakfast is boring and small medical help isnt available. Location is oke...

The most comfortable hotel since coming to Greece, but that's not to say that the others weren't nice. The front desk staff was great. Antonis, Despoina and Christinas, who work the checkin desk were so helpful and charming. Pythagoyas and Alexia, who work the bar, couldn't be more pleasant, Again.....wonderful staff. The breakfast was wonderful and again, the staff was amazing, cleaning up and resetting tables, replenishing food and keeping everything presentable. This hotel is across the street from the beach which we liked. Swim a bit to the right of where you enter the beach from the hotel as the water was clearer. Lots of beach beds. Old town is within easy walking distance. The hotel is in the middle of shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Review

The hotel really didn't live up to the four-star rating. In practice, the hotel's rating on Hotels.com was completely misleading. The hotel is actually a two or three star hotel. The price and quality of the hotel did not match at all. But the location of the hotel is excellent and the view is great. Our room has a balcony and the size of the balcony is about 2.25m2. The breakfast was unbelievably poorly organized and cramped. Tomatoes, cucumbers, honeydew melons have probably been chopped with an ax and do not correspond to the standard of a four-star hotel. The shower area of ​​the swimming pool was full of rubbish and it was not at all tempting to take a shower before entering the pool.
