"Fantastic place, had all amenities like kettle, coffee machine, hob, tiaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and micro. Nice little balcony and lift to the 7th floor. Nice toich of coffee, water and beer on arrival. Great location with plenty bars and supermarkets nearby. Only a 5-10 min walk to the town or marina area and a handy 5 mins from "the halo" elevator to intermodal. We would definitely recommend and would use olaha homes again."

"現地にスタッフはいません。それ自体は特に気にしないのですが、何かトラブルがあったときにWhatsApp経由で対応しなければいけないのが面倒だったこととチェックアウトした後に荷物を預ける設備がこの建物にはないので、系列のホテルに約15分ほどかけて、荷物を持っていかなければ、荷物を預けることができないと言うところは欠点ではないかと思いました。‎WhatsApp Kの連絡自体はとてもスムーズで的確な対応してくれるので、そこに不安はありませんが、一般的なホテルと比べるとフロント機能がない不便はあります。"

"There is no front desk but communication was very well. Very responsive replies on whatsapp and on the hotline. Was a very big and spacious apartment, beautiful and comfortable, fairly clean and close to the Guixar station. If i must pick on something, it would have to be the smell when i first entered the apartment. " The spa part of this hotel is probably their highlight and in all fairness we did not use the spa services. The hotel is very dated and can’t begin to understand how it is rated as 5 star. Lighting system in room is ridiculous. Sink is in bedroom, shower has a shade for privacy, which is zero. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean but walk through the front door knowing that everything is an up-charge. Want to use the pool, make an appointment and pay 25 euros to use it for an 1.5 hours. Use more than one coffee pod in your room, yes you are paying extra. Want ice for your room no problem, you will pay12 euros. It should be advertised as a nice hotel, it is. Just not anything close to 5 star."

"We really liked this hotel. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful. They gave us a room with balcony facing the sea, which was great. The housekeeping was great. The location is convenient with many nearby restaurants and “Oyster Street”. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we return to Vigo. Five stars to the staff at reception, the breakfast room attendant and the housekeeping person!!"
