Helpful staff, quiet, clean and not overcrowded. However very far away from anything, especially since work on the road. There is no Bus next to the hotel on the contrat of what is communicantes on the hotel information. A rental car is MANDATORY or you will spend either fortune on taxi or hours walking

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Big no
To start: you need a car. If you dont, yiu prob have money to spend on taxi.
They say they entitle 4 stars, but its a lie. No fresh fruits on the breakfast - but canned fruits. I expected minimum bananas, since it’s Madeira!
Cleaning: the toilet was disgusting when I arrived. Hair on the tiles (not mine), no bag on the trash bin… the towel was smelling bad, sour. Dishusting… in summ, the daily clean was to make the bed, thing that I was doing myself.
Gym… give up, its not a gym.
One lady working during the night was very nice and kind. A guy (dont know which language he speaks, I have tried English and Portuguese) was rude.
On the 17th, exactly 19:52 when I arrived back from dinner, 2 people (man and woman) were discussing so loudly in the reception that some people who were arriving as well were shocked. I say discussing because I speak portuguese and it was bad. No respect for the guests.
Petit dejeuner tres correct
