Very well located hotel to explore the northern part of the island. Set up with kitchen is good and comes in handy for a break of eating out and prepping lunches for hikes. The pool is a nice addition after a full day of walking

When I rrived on aute I was told by the hotel that room that I booked had some issues with the plumbing, they downgraded me to a smaller room and instead they offered me breakfast (it was pretty OK) the place needs more maintenance and cleaning, the room smelled like humidity. The pool area is nice.

I stayed here with my mum and my kid. They set a bed in the main room for the kiddo. The apartment was big and clean. And had everything we needed (we only missed a coffee machine). It had a private outdoor space (where we missed a table and chairs to enjoy dinner outside) but we were super comfortable overall. The crew were so nice with us and the Quinta had an amazing gardens and kids playground and also a pool, which we could not enjoy because it was not allowed to use after 5.30pm, and we always came back from spending the day outside around that time or some later, it would be so good to have some pooltime after a long day. But we had a very good experience, would recommend and would go back again for sure

The quality and size of the “apartments” (they’re basically houses, it’s great) is phenomenal for the price. To have a private back deck, many air conditioners, a kitchen, a nice bathroom, FOUR sets of sliding doors.. it was great. Friendly cats run the grounds, par for the course in Europe. Parking is a little tight and it’s in a quaint area of the island but those very small “negatives” are so heavily outweighed by the friendliness of staff, 24 hour pool and big clean rooms that it’s barely worth mentioning. I’d recommend this place to anybody. My one real and only gripe is to access the property the first time it’s a hassle. It’s a private gate and everyone gets a remote, but when you’re first arriving you need to call. It’s not well labelled where you need to go either. Besides that it’s perfect. We will be returning.

Harmony place you are looking for

Extremelly helpful staff,very kind and always ready to support. During our stay someone had stolen our goggles and towels and staff helped at least a little compensate. Also as we had an early flight we were on the island 9hrs prior to check in. Staff made our room available sooner as well we were able to buy breakfast that we didnt have originally arranged. The property is located in amazing Zen garden with pool, complete tranquility a privacy secured. It was a lovely stay.

Reception was very friendly and very helpful. The grounds we're very beautiful and had lot's to offer . Pool was good and deep which was a nice perk. The property itself made you feel like you we're in a zen garden very lush, green, and beautiful. The downfall to this property is you would need a car or some sort of transportation has this hotel is about a half hour walk to R. Grande. Other then that very happy with the hotel, property, and our stay.

Reception staff were unclear and not very accommodating. There are also a lot of cats around the property which we were not aware there would be, I am allergic and the reception’s response was ‘staff usually enjoy them’.

Very beautiful garden around the hotel with lots of flowers, but some places are not cared for. The playground for children was dirty and needed updates. The apartment was really old and not the same as was in the photo. The kitchen equipment is old and unsafe. It was very noisy because you can hear every breath of your neighbors. Without a car, you cannot access the facility. The area around looks like an industrial. Also, there are lots of cats and they come in into apartments and can steal something from your table. I have a strong allergy, so it was a pity surprise for me. I do not recommend this place for the vacation.

Yo y mi mujer hemos estado de categoria, escogimos el apartamento con cocina y habitación doble y era bastante grande, el personal de recepción muy amable y educado, la zona para aparcar es grande y caben bastantes coches. Lo que resaltaría es sus zonas verdes fuera de los apartamentos, es maravilloso.

Grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft OK.Die Küche war etwas klein und spartanisch ausgestattet. Leider gibt es auch nicht für jede Wohnung eine Möglichkeit draußen zu essen. Ansonsten super Pool. Es gibt viele Katzen die auch gerne mal in die Wohnung wollen.
