Overall it was ok, decorations were nice, however Dining options at the hotel were not as much available. Menu has few options when is not regular time for breakfast. Also staff had mixed attitudes: I was told there was no room service, after requesting more bathroom rug. However the other front desk staff saw me at the elevator and offer to bring the rug to the apartment. The check in wait time was longer than I am used to. About 25 min Long

In the pictures it looked amazing! Oh well, not the case out room had dust all over super felty under the bed! The mattress was coming apart Hallways more dust balls and dirty! Terrible at best!

It was the second time I stayed in this hotel, but this time the check-in process was slow. The receptionist does not seem to be enjoying his job. Also, for a room with 3-4 people, leaving a half-used toilet paper seemed like a lack of attention.

Infelizmente tive alguns contratempos na acomodação. Tive q trocar de quarto, cama quebrada, tivemos q nos separar, meu marido ficou em um e tive q ficar com minha mae em outro , mae idosa. Neste quarto haviam 2 lâmpadas queimadas, controle da tv nao funcionava e o interface tbem nao funcionava, p ligar p recepção tive q pedir p meu marido ligar do quarto dele. Acredito q deveriam verificar com mais cuidado se td está funcionando antes de acomodar os hóspedes.
