Et rigtigt fint hotel der dog trænger til lidt vedligehold rundt omkring, God placering og fantastisk udsigt. Lejligheden var af ældre dato og havde kun lunkent vand.

Horrible hotel

Worst service ever, especially if you don’t speak Italian. The lady in the reception was smiling but when I ask her a question she became very agitated. The manager said he can’t speak English but he shure understood everything. And he was only nice to Italian tourists. Be aware, if you enter the restaurant you will be forced to pay even if you don’t eat, you sit you pay. They never tell you that. If you go to this horrible hotel I recommend you to rent a car and drive to Tropea city, much better food and so much cheaper. Don’t stay at this racist hotel pick other hotel instead.

Horrible place to stay, especially in summer!

After a wonderful stay in Sicily with my Mother and my kids, what a bad experience we had here! 1st off, when we arrived, we were taken FAR from the hotel itself. 2nd, the lady of the front desk was so rude and had no regard for my complaint when I stated what a problem the distance would be for my handicapped elderly mother; rather than explaining with concern that they were full, she just said No, you stay here. The check in was weird too... she took our passports, said nothing, walked me to the room without any conversation neither friendly nor about the property, then after I walked into the room, she disappeared.... advised on nothing regarding the property, nor did she say anything about returning our passports. 3rd, spiders everywhere (including the bed), and large red ants everywhere. I probably killed 12 spiders in our room in one night, and woke to the ants all over one of our beach bags. 4th, my reservation specifically stated air conditioning and cable TV, there was neither. When I called to complain that evening about the AC (for my mother), her and the manager both had no concern or regard. The next day when I went to front desk to check out, and show them that my reservation specifically stated these amenities, the two attendants both just shrugged their shoulders at me. NO joke! The pool was beautiful.
