"I really just wanted a reasonably priced place to stay in Tulsa. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the property is, and all of the dining options."
"The property is under renovation. Hopefully the rooms will also be updated as they are a little out of date.
Our room was spacious but unfortunately very noisy as it was close to the hospital (sirens and helicopters all night). Next time will ask for a room overlooking the back gardens."

"Staying at this property was like staying at your Grandma's house. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, but the house is older and has not seen recent renovations. The inside is comfortable and filled with antiques, but the beds and linens are older. It is clean and well-kept, but not up-to-date.
The home had plenty of space for our family of five including 3 different tables for eating meals and playing games. The washing machine and dryer work, but we did not use any of the kitchen appliances.
The only big complaint we had was that the listing says there is a pull out bed in the living room sofa, but there isn't. I think perhaps that couch has been replaced. We did find an old futon mattress in a closet that we dragged out (because we needed an extra bed), but it really wasn't ideal. "
