“We stayed for one night as a stopover on the way North and were very happy that we picked this Inn. The room was quite basic but perfectly adequate for our needs and in line with the price point. We had an evening meal in the bar area which was very good with generous portions and we were served by a lovely young lady who was very friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was nothing short of excellent with good quality ingredients, perfectly prepared.”

“The hotel was out in the countryside with excellent views over the moors. It was very clean and well cared for. Car parking was good. The room size, bed size, etc was great. One small problem - the room lighting was not very bright during the night time. The food was excellent and the staff were great. It was also a great place for walkers with great access to the countryside. I would recommend it.”

“On entry to the property it was shabby and untidy but that was nothing compared to the room we were given. Room 5 is large with both a double and single bed. . Bed linen was clean. One throw over the single bed was stained as was one cushion and the half hanging curtains. There was dust on both the black headboards of the beds. Thick dust on the skirting boards.
