Lovely hotel for exploring Yorkshire: rooms were comfortable, staff were lovely, and the breakfast was exceptional. We ate in the bar, and the food was excellent - pricey, but no more so than the surrounding area.

We just stayed four nights at this hotel. We enjoyed the location of the property—not to far from Leyburn, Hawes, or Grassington. Good location for short and long walks or hikes. You can walk to the falls from the hotel, and there are footpaths if you want to walk to all three falls. That was fun. Just a quick drive to visit Bolton Castle—worth the visit. We enjoyed the breakfasts—nice selection of pastries, cereals and fruit. And, the selection of hot items on the breakfast menu was good, as well. We had dinner there on three nights of our stay—we were very happy with everything we ordered. Our room was clean, and a very nice size. The bed was comfortable. The bar had a nice selection of beer, cocktails, and wine. It was a nice place to meet other people during our stay. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay, gave us an upgrade which was fabulous when they found out it was our honeymoon. Location is great, went to see aysgarth Falls which was awesome. Really looked after us, highly recommend.

Asygarth Hotel is an amazing, the bar and amenties are furnished to a high standard. The rooms are clean and well designed. The staff, and there is plenty of them are all welcoming and amenable. We had an evening meal in Palmers restrurant and breakfast too and both were delicious... We really enjoyed our stay

Fantastic Stay!

A fantastic stay. The rooms were great, recently refurbished and had more than the standard mod-cons, shower was great! The hosts were great and the food in the bar / restaurant was unreal both my meat and my girlfriend's veggie options were really tasty - one of the best meals we've had in years!

A fantastic place for us to stay overnight. The junior suite was spacious enough for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids) with a big bathroom. The breakfast was also very good. On our arrival, dinner in the bar was excellent and just what we needed. We would definitely come and stay again.

Aysgarth Falls - top quality

Relaxed atmosphere - we had a cottage behind the hotel with views over the valley. Superb accommodation and the standard of the restaurant was of the same standard.

First time stating in hotel although haven to Dales many times before. Overall it’s fine but not fabulous. Food is good, tasty especially the breakfast . Personally preferred the bar food to Palmers. Service was variable but most staff were very attentive. Room was comfortable, especially the bed, great shower, large TV. No air con and noisy when window opened as our room ‘ Aysgarth’ was main road facing . Generally the carpets needed a good clean on the stairs and landing . Sadly weather was bad so couldn’t explore the gardens where they are having a large number of lodges built - should be good . Overall not too bad at all but not stay there again.

Need more healthy options for Breakfast. Bar selection was brilliant. The room was very clean and toiletries ,towels and tea-making facilities were excellent. There was a problem with the room being cold the boiler was increased but did not make much difference this didn't spoil our weekend we were not in the room long during the days.

Fantastic large studio with excellent heating after a very wet day on the Moores. Beautiful views. Fabulous food, great staff and very reasonable price for what we had. We shall return!!
