"The room was dusty and didn't seem properly cleaned before my arrival. To make matters worse, no housekeeping or towel refills were provided after the first night. I later found out it’s an "on-request" service, but the staff failed to mention this at check-in. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and basic hygiene standards."

"The room was spacious and in a good location. Good black out curtains and comfy bed. The bed was very comfortable too. The only downside were the tv wouldn’t work in the morning (but worked the previous night) and the shower was nice and powerful but leaked into the room. I would highly recommend the hotel."
