위치가 좋은듯해요
처음 도착하자마자 체크인 하기 위해 들른 리셉션 직원은 그닥 친절하지 않았지만 4박을 머물고 체크아웃 할때의 직원은 매우 친절했다. 객실은 좁았지만 청결한편이고 쉬기 적당했다. 조식은 훌륭했지만 4일내내 같은 메뉴가 나와 질리기도 했다. 평일 조식은 여행객이 많아서인지 앉을자리도 없을만큼 붐비고 정신없었지만 주말 조식은 브런치개념으로 늦게 열고 사람들도 많지 않아서 편히 식사 할수 있었다. 이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 위치인듯 하다. 리가 기차역에서 횡단보도 하나 건너면 바로 있으며 버스터미널 또한 가까운편이지만 무거운 캐리어가 있다면 택시를 추천합니다. 버스터미널에서 호텔까지 지하도가 있어서 캐리어 들고 이동했는데 너무 힘들었어요. 도보 12분정도 거리에요. 그리고 코앞에 있는 로컬 버스정류장은 공항버스(미니버스)도 있고 트램이랑 전기버스까지 다 가까이에 있어요. 공원이랑 편의점도 가깝구요. 올드타운보단 뉴타운에 가까운데 거기서 거기라 다니기 나쁘지 않아요. 마지막날 캐리어 3일 맡기고 타지역 다녀왔는데 저처럼 좀 멀리 가실분은 가벼운 짐만 챙겨서 다녀오세요. 2주간 무료로 맡아준답니다. 대체적으로 만족했어요.

Fantastic hotel, it’s certainly the best mid budget hotel in riga, myself and my wife have stayed in quite a few. Hotel is just across the road from Mercure hotel but in my opinion much better. Carpet in superior room, nice modern bathroom, great choice in breakfast and in general the hotel feels new, they have done a great job on their refurb. Next time we stay in Riga, we will be looking to book this hotel over others for price and quality. Morning Jacuzzi and sauna was great too and morning session included within our stay. Fantastic and big thumbs up from us

Zentral gelegenes und modernes Hotel in sehr guter Lauflage zum Bahnhof und fast allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, vielleicht wegen Neujahr. Aber bei nur 2 Übernachtungen, kein Problem.

Everything basic at good location
The staff at front desk is really polite and helpful. She will greet you when you return to hotel from outside. The room is okay even with the competitive hotel rate. The only complaint is that the toilet is very smelly. On day 2, I poured 2 glasses of water into the drainage and the smell was gone.

Poor service
The hotel room was comfortable and spacious enough. The biggest downside was that nobody cleaned the room or took out trash or refilled the in-room coffee/tea supplies. The room was empty from 10.30 in the morning until late evening so there was enough time for the room service to get there. Also, the selection of bathroom amenities is very poor! There is just all-over shower gel on the wall and soap for handwashing, but no shampoo or hair conditioner. The minibar was also empty from the start. But the location is very good, it is in the center and therefore an easy walk from nearby parks, restaurants and shopping.

Hotel ist an eine sehr gute platz gegenüber Hbh und ungefähr 30min von flughafen mit panda Taxi günstig zu erreichen. Frühstücks buffet absolut ein Muss, beste von alle hotels wo ich in Riga war,Inga an Frühstück sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich sowie alle andere.

Tiedon kulku voisi olla parempi
Muuten melko mukava yöpyminen, mutta yhtenä aamuna tuli palohälytys, joka sitten osoittautui aiheettomaksi. Aiheettomuudesta ei kuitenkaan tullut uutta kuulutusta, eikä siitä ilmoittanut hotellin henkilökunta, vaan tieto kulki asiakkaalta toiselle. Siitä pitkä miinus ja jäi ikävä olo. Hotellin sijainti on hyvä, aamiainen oli hyvä ja henkilökunta ystävällistä.

Good stay
We had a good stay at the Tallink Hotel Riga. Except that the receptionist could have been more helpful during our check-in. Maybe he was having a bad night or we interrupted his dinner, however the other staff members were friendly. Also the hotel could take a step forward becoming a modern version and getting rid of the check in papers. Tablets are more eco friendly.
