โOne of the best hotel experience I've had in a while. The location of the hotel is a huge plus, being so close to many important historic sites of beautiful Riga old town. Food is wonderful and the cigar bar is very classy. I didn't get a chance to experience their complementary spa service, but I plan on revisiting Grand Palace Hotel again.โ
โReally high-spec hotel and room. All beautifully decorated and presented, including public areas. Young staff on reception were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Our twin apartment was small but top notch and very well equipped. It was handy to be able to get extra items such as pillows, toaster and iron from reception. On first impressions the area this side of the station where the hotel is located was not very nice. However, it was in fact safe and interesting, especially the markets....
โHonestly everything was perfect, so nice and clean. The room was so spacious and comfortable. The location is great, it's close to both the old town and the bus stop to the airport. Will definitely stay here again if I ever come to Riga in the future.โ

โNew hotel located in Old town Riga .. walking distance to all main attractions.. Our room had a nice king size bed, spacious bathroom, good AC .. everything very clean .. Bathroom products from Crabtree and Evelyn brand .. Powerful hair dryer . Breakfast is somehow expensive but excellent quality โฆ So many choices .. all you can eat .. It was a surprise for us because in USA is not the same quality .. We highly recommend this facility while visiting Riga โ
โThe room was charming and very affordable during the peak tourist season. I had a lovely dinner at the rooftop restaurant (the salmon was excellentโthe views were just as good!) Upon check-in, I advised the front desk that I needed to check out early due to a flight. Since I was missing the breakfast buffet, the hotel staff arranged that a sack breakfast be prepared for myself and my daughter. That was an unexpected and most welcome surprise. Iโd stay here over and over. โ
โGood location. Walkable distance from station. Lots of dining option. All tourist places within walking distance. Next to a big shopping centre.
Hotel is good with nice breakfast spread. Rooms are spacious.
I think bathtub shower is not made properly. Glass partition is not enough to stop water from flowing into the bathroom. May be the partition needs to be extended. Alternatively a shower curtain can be providedโ
โAmazing stay, right in the city centre. Easy check and and check out, lovely staff to communicate with, great and spacious apartment with everything in it that is needed for the stay โ
