I'm watching closely for that refund. We didn't stay there. We went to Holiday Inn express instead. Don't waste your time or money!"

"It was very loud. You get a hotel to sleep and shouldn’t have to report every loud consistent noises that are going on. Staff should be trained in keeping the place quiet for travelers. Dog barking nonstop, cleaning ladies loud banging of doors against safety latches over and over. These are just a few things that make sleeping impossible. "

Also, it was referred to as a "complimentary breakfast." In fact, I paid for it with the reservation. It was INCLUDED -- NOT COMPLIMENTARY. Would they think the bed in my room was "complimentary?" No. It was part of what I paid for. Their whole attitude exuded contempt."
