โThis hotel has everything, t they have thought of every single detail from baby food in the restaurant, robes for children and adults, to kids indoor play area supervised 9am to 10pm... and you can leave your child while having breakfast or dinner. Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leaveโ
โFalse informatiom saying they are at 10 kms from Rila Monastery, but you must round the mountain and you must do 120 kms to arrive... what kind of fraud it is? It is to much!!!โ
โHotel ligt in het buitengebied van Blagoevgrad. In de omgeving is niet veel te doen.
Ligging is vooral goed om de rila meren en het klooster te bezoeken. Beide ca. een uur rijden.
Hotel is wat verouderd maar wel schoon. Mooi zwembad bestaande uit verschillende baden (warm, koud, mineraalwater). Ontbijt is prima. 1x werd was er een buffet en de overige 2x een bereid ontbijt. Porties waren groot genoeg en lekker.
Restaurant in het hotel is ook goed.

โNice hotel, got a free upgrade on arrival. They donโt offer couples massage but managed to find another masseuse to accommodate our request. Spa facilities were good. Good value for money, would stay again if we went back for the skiing. โ

The terrace restaurant was outstanding in both service and quality, including drinks, cocktails and desserts.
The pool is half Olympic size, flanked by two Jacuzzis and enclosed in a beautiful still.. The spa offers a range of hot/cold exposure plus massages and other services.

โFirst room had a very bad bed. But when we ask for a solution whe got a new room.
Rooms are basic but very clean.
Very frendly people at the reception and restaurant.
