“시설은 어디와 비교해도 빠지지 않을 정도로 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 리셉션도 상당히 친절하고, 조식도 괜찮습니다. 와인 한 병이 서비스로 나오는건 기분좋았습니다. 혼자 방문한것이 어색할 정도로 가족에 특화된 분위기였습니다. 주차장은 접근성이 다소 떨어지고 창고같은 분위기였으나 주변 주차가 어렵지 않아 크게 문제되지 않습니다.”

“The location at the edge of Bansko is nice and quiet with nature all around. The only down side is that the walls have no soundproofing so you can hear your neighbours conversations quite clearly.”

“Very good included spa facilities. Good to have an on-site ski shop and shuttle bus. Dining facilities and food were very good, breakfast was tasty and in plentiful supply and variety, the half board evening meal was excellent - particularly the deserts. Convenient nearby parking. Staff generally polite and helpful. Room facilities like safe and fridge were welcome. However we would have liked to have had ordinary (black) tea and milk in the room and maybe hot chocolate sachets and a coffee...

“Every yeat we stay at Regnum hotel and it is always perfect. They have made renovation of the main hall and it looks beautiful. Since we always book family apartment with kitchen, there are plates, glasses but never any dishes to make food - sinple soup or pasta. ”

“This hotel has everything, t they have thought of every single detail from baby food in the restaurant, robes for children and adults, to kids indoor play area supervised 9am to 10pm... and you can leave your child while having breakfast or dinner. Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leave”

“We had a fantastic experience at Kashmir Hotel and Spa. The staff was very professional, courteous and polite. The food was really delicious and plentiful. The hotel was quite, you can rest well. The only part I didn't enjoy personally was the massage I got. It was good technique but did not much besides that. ”

“Nice hotel, got a free upgrade on arrival. They don’t offer couples massage but managed to find another masseuse to accommodate our request. Spa facilities were good. Good value for money, would stay again if we went back for the skiing. ”
