“Bien en général hormis le fait que nous n avions pas de draps pour le lit canapé. Heureusement il y en avait dans le hall d entrée sinon ça aurait été compliqué de dormir directement sans draps ni housse de couette ni taies d oreiller. Sèche cheveux hors service.”

“Great stay. The apartment is modern and clean. It is about a 15 minute walk to old town but there is a nice grocery/convenience store just a few minutes walk away. The walk to old town is downhill which but coming back is a little bit of an uphill hike. The apartment I was in had a washing machine but no dryer which was a little inconvenient. Overall it was a nice, quiet, clean, and secure building which made for a great stay in Cluj.”

“If you love: * being told “I will consult my colleague” from the apartment management team when you call (6 times over an 18 hour period) about a sub-par apartment only to have absolutely NOTHING done to remedy the problems… * booking a place for 4 people to sleep and having no bedding for the second bed/couch AT ALL… * having dirty used bedding for the actual bed that you must wash (after you buy laundry detergent)… * having no TOILET PAPER (Seriously?!?)… * and no towels… * and NO HOT...
