If there is something bad, or not working or that you dislike for any reason, all you needed to do is talk, we are here to listen.We are sorry about the curtain, somehow it got loose and it fell, thank you very much. Its not in our hands to control the electricity going on and off all the time, its in the hands of ICE, a government-controlled entity. In these remote areas in Costa Rica, in the rainforest, we get affected by extreme weather conditions like heavy winds, storms, lightning and heavy rains, creating problems like burning TVS, routers or paralyzing the water heater systems like the one in your room; once you told us we fixed it.We thank you for your time and feedback.

Dear Jacqueline, our accommodations are constantly refreshed, all the time. Everything is functional and works properly, 100%. Pools, like everything else, needs maintenance and cleanliness, we have informed all our guests about the beautiful blue island pool with its iridescent blue color. About nature, its all about luck, sometimes you see all the animals, sometimes depending on the time of day you don't see anything, we cannot control nature. We do have Wi Fi and it works really good, everywhere in the hotel you get wi fi, reception, spa, rooms, restaurants. Thanks and have a good day
