We started our stay very poorly, with a very grumpy and unfriendly reception at 5:30 PM.
We practically had the keys thrown at us and couldn't get directions to our room, nor was there any guidance about the hotel's facilities, etc.
We had been looking forward to a swim, but we never managed to find the pool due to a lack of guidance.

"20-30 min by train to Munich. Nice quiet little town. Train station about a 25-30 min walk from hotel. $100 Uber from Munich.
