“The room was very dirty and had bugs. We had to call administration to send someone to clean it up. First night we lost power and AC or hot water was not available. Even tho customer service on the phone was good I would never book with them again. It ruined our first time in PR.”

“Hola, bueno, se me perdió un perfume y una batería, pedí que me mostraran las cámaras, me comentaron que es un proceso de 5-7 días, en lo que llega el señor que puede revisar la cámara.”

My only concern was the high humidity in the unit even with the AC on but again it wasn’t a problem since we spent a lot of time out and about. These lil things were not enough concern to bring to management. Bedroom bathroom is a bit tight so I’m happy the 1st level bathroom...

“We had a great stay! The place was very clean, tidy, and exactly as expected. The location was perfect, and the host was very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!”
