“Staff are very friendly very nice clean place, ambiance marvelous, restaurant staff and the food are excellent especially red snapper and sugar cane. But I also encountered some challenges that threw me off considering the price I pay to stay at that hotel. I had a spa appointment which I had to cancel because there were no towels available for me to take a shower I waited from 340 pm to 617pm before I got some towels I had to walk up to the front desk to get towels and my room was not cleaned...

“Money was stolen from our room by room service and the resort did nothing about it except say they couldn’t prove anything. Girlfriend and I stayed for a week to get away and relax. Beach was nice (seaweed took up a portion of the water so make sure the check the status of that ahead of time) as I imagine it could be a problem depending on the time of the year. “Great staff interaction. Beautiful property in a very quiet community less than 10 minutes from beaches and restaurants. Only drawback is that the beautifully advertised swimming pool was empty throughout my stay.”

“Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in.”
