Tool my mom on a vacation for mothers day and the 5 nights we stayed was outstanding. The staff was just so friendly all the time. We had the rooms with the butler service and they just made it so easy to do everything and anything. There was always something to do and eat. Nights were cool as they had things to each night. There were also different things to do just about each hour of the day. The gym got a lot of my attention and then we'd find things to do around.

This was by far our best all inclusive and we’ve been to quite a few. The hospitality was top notch. Everyone had a smile, was very approachable, willing to help and responsive. We had an issue with the shower and they were there immediately. They checked up on us to see how we were doing and sent us an anniversary dessert. The environment was tranquil, but energetic when the mood called for it. We had events everyday and the event guys great. You have to do the Italian and if you are of the persuasion, please. Try the rack of lamb. They have a lot of free stuff that’s not just useless. The glass bottom boat was an amazing experience and our tour guide was fun, hilarious and informative. Terry Ann was always there to supply us with drinks and help us take pictures!!! The free kayak and paddle boat was so relaxing. As a nature lover, the best parts, for us were the snorkeling right there in the “quiet beach”. We saw so many different species of fish. Definitely over 20 different ones. They offer very cheap deeper water snorkeling but we were content with this one. Then the sunsets are AMAZING. We didn’t leave the property because there was a lot to do in there. All the activities were engaging. Personally, I’d love to have plantains with lunch and dinner too. I think the next big project should be getting smart TVs to log into Netflix and things like that on the few occasions that the rain keeps us in. In summary, this was most complete resort experience ever.

Stayed here for our honeymoon. Cannot say enough good things about this place!! We LOVED it!! So many activities, so many friendly staff. Would stay here again if we ever come back to Jamaica!

Our Butler Raymond was nice however the property wasn’t what we expected and the food was not all that good either. It doesn’t have much beach area and our oceanfront room wasn’t we expected either. We were given a room with too many trees in front of our view. The price is good but the resort is not somewhere we would stay again.

Marlon and a young lady at the bar by the entrance were Awesome. They helped made my stat Wonderful.I can't pronounce her name that is why I can't spell it ( it begins with the letter T). Very unique name. She is short and fixed her special drink. If you ask her I am sure she would remember who I am. That is what I drank everytime I went to there. My glass was never empty. I really did not run into any staff that was was not pleasant. Awesome Job everyone.

My stay at JPC was overall quite pleasant, offering a relaxing and serene environment perfect for a couples' getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Hayne, who was incredibly helpful and made our check-in process smooth. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service. On our second day at the beach, we were attended to by Bryan, who also made our romantic candlelight dinner special with his attentive and impeccable service. The food was consistently great, adding to the enjoyable experience. The staff's kindness and willingness to assist made us feel truly welcome. JPC is definitely not a party resort but more tailored for a tranquil escape. While this is ideal for couples looking to unwind, I felt that the resort could benefit from more engaging activities during the weekends. Although the atmosphere was calm and rejuvenating, a bit more excitement—like a foam party—would have been a nice touch, especially for younger guests like myself who enjoy a bit of a lively atmosphere at least one night during their stay. A special mention goes to Kerry Ann, who was full of energy and excitement, adding a vibrant touch to our experience. Overall, JPC provided a good stay with excellent service, delicious food, and a relaxing ambiance.
