“This was by far one of the worst experiences. When we checked in they put us in apartment 14 which was an absolute dump! It looked like an apartment on Gun Hill Rd in the Bronx. On the 2nd morning we woke up and the bathroom and bedroom were flooded due to an old rusted pipe in the bathroom. The villa we were assigned to was on the Crest lot and not Villa at the Palms. The villa was clean and bright. There was a pool close to the property's entrance along with an open gym.
