Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "Well, what can i say about the villas at cool shade. It was spectacular. The entire villa was impeccably clean. Lush gardens and flowers. The rooms and decor were a breath of fresh air while staying true to its island feel with their vibrant colors. The pool! Oh my the pool! My kids and i couldn't get enough of the pool. I think we went there 3 out of the 4 days we stayed. The gated community was quiet and relaxing and at evenings/ nights i just sit out on the verandah and soak in that fresh...

"We enjoyed every bit of the resort! There were activities all day every day (for adults), the food was good, the staff was very friendly, especially Monica! Some of the restaurants you have to pay additional for like the lobster dinner at Buccaneers, but it was worth more than what we paid! We stayed in the walk out pool room and that was fabulous, plus it gives you 24hr pool time! I would highly suggest Ocean Eden Bay, it was worth every dime! "
