“We didn’t stay long. We had a reservation for two nights, but decided to move on after the first. We had booked a tour and left early in the morning, but decided not to come back and to move on to our next destination instead. The staff was kind, but it wasn’t really what we were expecting or perhaps what we are used to.. it had more of a feel of a retreat than a hotel. “Nice small property with buildings spread around. Rooms 1-4 are in one building, but the rest looked individual. Clean, comfortable room. Bench outside on porch for seating. Dinner and breakfast were good with lots of options, and good beer selection for a small place. Very convenient to National park entrance for blue river hike.”
