A very friendly and special place! Its not a five star hotel, but it really has its charm! Friendly staff and a great breakfast! Its all about the vibe and not about the appearance in this place! I loved it! And vill definately come again!😊

Overbooking

This was disappointing, as we made a reservation on January with hotels.com in this hotel. I received a confirmation email with the number and all information. But, as we arrived at your hotel with a confirmed reservation, after a long travel day, only to be told that the hotel is sold out with no space for me and my family. Due to a disorganization with the reservations. It was told they would give us an alternative accommodations and transportation costs to another hotel. However, they moved us to a lower hotel, that was half the price we paid. I don't know who made the switch if the Hotels.com platform or the hotel itself, but what I can say that this other hotel had a horrible smell as our room as well, a musty smell, and it was unbearable. Also, a horrible breakfast with no pool. Real nonsense. For all this we do not recommend this hotel for this reason.

An ok place to stay.

We chose the hotel for a-locality and b-cost. It is located in a great location for the metro and walking. The pictures on hotels.com are nothing like reality though. Breakfast was good. Our room had a bed and a bedside table on one side and a wall on the other. There's nowhere to hang clothes or shelves to out anything on. There's one chair only. There is a fridge though. We were there for 4 nights and although we asked for a change of towels after the 2nd night, and the bin emptied, neither was done in the 4 days we stayed. Wifi in the reception area only; our room had a window onto the passageway and there was a light on most of the night which was annoying. Most of the staff spoke English which was a bonus. You have to ask for a hairdryer if you need one. It would have been nice to have some insight of how to get to everywhere when asked or even before asking. Perhaps an informational leaflet would be helpful. There's a supermarket a little to the left on exiting the hotel which has a restaurant. Excellent pizzas. You order your food, choose the wine or beer from the supermarket and sit at the table. Fabulous - but we found it; no one told us which was a pity. Would we stay again? Yes but. It that room.

Boa localização, perto do metrô.
